IEcM is proud to be associated with our members' charity organisation Persatuan Malabari Negeri Melaka today, in visiting the homeless at Pertubuhan Kebajikan Villa Harapan Melaka
The center is a charity home in Duyung which accepts homeless, old folks, handicapped, and mentally disabled adults.
The center is rather big and the residents sleep in a dormitory although males and females are separated.
Currently the center is taking care of 109 residents. Most of them are old folks and others are homeless, handicapped or mentally disabled.
Although the center is partially funded by Government, they still need public support to maintain the centre.
A big hand of appreciation & kudos is given to Tuan Hj.Moidu , President of Persatuan Malabari Negeri Melaka for inviting IEcM, (represented by our distinguished member Mr. Kumar from Jasin) for organizing this wonderful event.🙏🏻
The food & drinks distributed in the pics were from the personal contribution of IEcM President Mr. Bharat Ajmera.
