Checking with Ai the potential rise in assets classes ( including houses in Malaysia next 10 years)

Projecting a plot of houses price increases in coming 10 years with the help of Grok ai:

Question: Given the rise of inflationary asset prices (houses & stocks) in Malaysia since 1980s, plot a trajectory of similar price increase next 10 years...especially probable asset price rises:

Projected Trajectory of Price Increases in Malaysia (2025-2035)

Based on historical data since the 1980s, I've analyzed the trends in consumer price inflation (CPI) and asset prices (using the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI stock index as a proxy for financial

and the Malaysian House Price Index for real estate assets). The projections assume future annual increases similar to the historical compound annual growth rates (CAGR) or averages calculated from available data:

- Inflation (CPI): Historical average annual rate of 2.82% (from 1980-2024). This leads to a cumulative CPI increase of about 32% over the next 10 years.

- Stock Prices (KLCI Index): Historical CAGR of 3.47% (from 1980-2024). This leads to a cumulative increase of about 41% over the next 10 years.

- House Prices (MHPI): Historical average annual growth of 6.3% (based on available YoY data from 1989-2004, which aligns with recent trends from ~2009-2024). This leads to a cumulative increase of about 84% over the next 10 years.

Note: Asset prices (especially real estate) have historically outpaced general inflation in Malaysia, driven by economic growth, urbanization, and investment demand. Projections are extrapolations and do not account for potential shocks like economic downturns, policy changes, or global events.

(The house projections are recalculated here using the more precise 6.3% average for accuracy; values are rounded.)

The trajectories show steady exponential growth, with asset prices rising faster than general inflation, consistent with historical patterns since the 1980s. Over the 10 years, house prices are projected to nearly double relative to their recent levels, while stocks and CPI rise more moderately.

What is a 'HINDU' ?

In 1995, Chief Justice P. B. Gajendragadkarwas quoted in anIndian Supreme Court ruling:

When we think of the Hindu religion, unlike other religions in the world, the Hindu religion does not claim any one prophet; it does not worship any one god; it does not subscribe to any one dogma; it does not believe in any one philosophic concept; it does not follow any one set of religious rites or performances; in fact, it does not appear to satisfy the narrow traditional features of any religion orcreed. It may broadly be described as away of life and nothing more.

Common Misunderstandings on Hinduism

Vedanta (and all Hinduism) is entirely monistic, believing only in the all-pervading world-soul, Brahman, rather than a personal God

This advaita philosophy is certainly popular, and offers a simple explanation of the many deities. Nonetheless, many theologians have considered God to be a person. He is not merely an anthropomorphic representation, nor are the various deities and murtis simply incarnations or representations of an impersonal Supreme.

Thus Hinduism includes both monism and monotheism. It is misleading to call the Abrahamic religions,"the monotheistic traditions," implying that monotheism is absent from the Eastern traditions. Vedanta includes many monotheistic schools. They may accept the existence of many gods and goddesses, but strongly emphasizes the pre-eminence of the Supreme Deity.
