Our invitation to dine at the sumptuous Ramadhan Buffet  spread provided by the Everly Hotel,Melaka is  an opportunity to record and remember an absolutely delectable malaysian fare provided by this grand resort that's at it's best. From the tastefully decorated ambiance right down to the efficient service, the buffet which is sold at RM 45.00++ per adult is definitely worth every cent you spend, given the wide variety of BBQ Ribs,Meats and Mouth watering dishes prepared by it's very able chefs. Every tasty morsel of food from the succulent kebabs,marinated and grilled chicken ,beef & mutton dishes, right to the dainty morsels of dessert and cakes that stole my heart was excellently displayed and temptingly laid out for us to grab and gobble !



The roasted Lamb rack was equally succulent and went down well once provided with a selection of rosemary sauce, black pepper & brown sauce gravy dip which the kitchen had marvelously made ready.











The crowd on that wednesday night was raveneously attacking and enjoying every morsel of food found at the beautifully decorated malay kampung styled stalls. With the able assistance of the serving chefs and their service crew, a large number of individuals were seen happily enjoying the sumptuous repast with glee and greed ! There's nothing quite like a picture of a well laid out buffet spread to whet the appetite, I tell you.
















Kudos to the Everly Hotel Team; Mr.Rick Eng and his sales team for a very beautifully prepared,tasty and yet quality for money buffet !




Verdict : Two Thumb up !

What is a 'HINDU' ?

In 1995, Chief Justice P. B. Gajendragadkarwas quoted in anIndian Supreme Court ruling:

When we think of the Hindu religion, unlike other religions in the world, the Hindu religion does not claim any one prophet; it does not worship any one god; it does not subscribe to any one dogma; it does not believe in any one philosophic concept; it does not follow any one set of religious rites or performances; in fact, it does not appear to satisfy the narrow traditional features of any religion orcreed. It may broadly be described as away of life and nothing more.

Common Misunderstandings on Hinduism

Vedanta (and all Hinduism) is entirely monistic, believing only in the all-pervading world-soul, Brahman, rather than a personal God

This advaita philosophy is certainly popular, and offers a simple explanation of the many deities. Nonetheless, many theologians have considered God to be a person. He is not merely an anthropomorphic representation, nor are the various deities and murtis simply incarnations or representations of an impersonal Supreme.

Thus Hinduism includes both monism and monotheism. It is misleading to call the Abrahamic religions,"the monotheistic traditions," implying that monotheism is absent from the Eastern traditions. Vedanta includes many monotheistic schools. They may accept the existence of many gods and goddesses, but strongly emphasizes the pre-eminence of the Supreme Deity.
